Vendor needs to provide historic investment coordinator services to the government authority located in Frankfort, KY.– Consultant must have staff assigned to this project that meet the secretary of the interior’s professional qualifications standards and are experienced with applying the standards for rehabilitation.– Task 1 – Kick–off meeting and orientation with staff, sharing of information related to the subgrant program.– Task 2 – Workshops for selected subgrantees; introduction of program coordinator to all subgrantees.– Task 3 – subgrantee pre–project tasks – press release; reporting; risk assessments; execute agreement and easement docs.– Task 4 – subgrant project oversight: the program coordinator will ensure compliance with grant requirements.– Task 6 – Receive final project completion reports and process final reimbursements.
