RENTAL-2774 - USA (Santa Ana, California) - Temporary Heating, Ventilating and Air Conditioning Rental Services - Deadline September 17,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide temporary heating, ventilating and air conditioning rental services to the government authority located in Santa Ana, CA.• Be advised that all heating and cooling equipment shall come standard with 250 lineal feet per run of vinyl insulated duct work.• Be advised that heating and cooling equipment shall come standard with up to 300 lineal feet of properly sized power cord, correct twist lock plugs for the equipment being provided, electrical connectors and hook up of equipment to owner supplied power source.• Be advised that spot cooler shall come with exhaust kits and up to 100 lineal feet of power cord.• Be advised that generators being provided shall be sized appropriately for the full load that the equipment is temporarily replacing electrical power for.• Be responsible to supply, include testing as required, install and maintain and monitor any water treatment chemicals associated with the safe operation of equipment supplied for temporary usage.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 3, 2026.
