(1) Vendor needs to provide VolNet3 implementation services to the government authority located in Knoxville, TN.– Implementation partner to deploy network infrastructure for access edge ecosystem.– Encompasses the refresh of campus access edge ecosystem, comprehensive network documentation, and full project management oversight.– Access edge ecosystem is defined as the building aggregation switching, access switching, wireless access points, low–voltage structured cabling, and supporting mechanical and electrical infrastructure within main distribution frame and intermediate distribution frame facilities in our campus buildings.– Deliver a fully operational, documented, and asset–enrolled network infrastructure that aligns with established institutional standards while accommodating site–specific variations across the campus’ diverse facility portfolio.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 31, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
