Vendor needs to provide learning management system (LMS) administration and instructional design services.– Managing LMS implementation and administration, including content upload, course configuration, learner–progress tracking, troubleshooting, and support for ongoing system use.– Development of training that can be effectively delivered across desktop and mobile platforms, scaffolded from foundational to more advanced content, and tailored to learners with diverse educational backgrounds, learning styles, and levels of prior knowledge.– Upload training materials, multimedia elements, assessments, and supporting resources into theLMS in an organized and accessible format.– Track learner enrollment, participation, progress, completion, and assessment results using available LMS reporting tools.– Support to address course design, functionality, navigation, accessibility, learner experience, or content–related issues that arise.– Develop and implement user onboarding and support materials, such as user guides, troubleshooting documentation, and practical instructions for staff, trade allies, and other learners.– Update course catalog structure, including recommendations for maintaining current materials and archiving outdated content.
