(1) Vendor needs to provide security guard services to the government authority located in Sacramento, CA.• Assisting with wayfinding and fare payment.• Providing exceptional customer service to patrons and RT employees.• Assisting law enforcement officers and staff as needed.• Assuring parking lots are patrolled to assure no vehicle thefts or burglaries occur (if assigned).• Discouraging unruly, disruptive behavior and vandalism at stations by their presence and duty to report.• Ensuring the facilities are free from hazards such as broken glass and damaged fencing.• Maintaining a high level of visibility at all times.• Reporting hazards, suspicious activity, criminal activity, and facility issues.• Responding to calls for service on the system.(2) A pre–bid meeting will be held on July 24, 2026.(3) All question must be submitted no later than August 03, 2026.(4) A contract period will be for five years.
