Vendor needs to provide catholic music ministries director services to the government authority located in Dover AFB, DE.• To provide one music director and one music accompanist for one two Catholic Mass.• Provide the contractor with all musical materials and facilities necessary to perform their duties.• The program is multi–faceted and requires a high degree of coordination and cooperation with military and civilian activities and authorities.• Provide music direction, lead congregational singing, and provide lead vocals and musical solos as directed.• The wing chaplain or lead catholic priest may elect to utilize a volunteer as the lead musician/singer, in which case the contractor shall provide supporting musical services as directed.• Provides musical accompaniment such as playing a guitar, piano or organ for liturgist, choir, congregational singing, soloists, special musicians and instrumentalists to play preclude, interlude, and postlude as required.
