(1) Vendor needs to provide website design, development and hosting services Using CMS.• Professional website design and development firms to provide a comprehensive, modern, and scalable website solution.• The website will serve as the central digital platform for venue information, event promotion, client engagement, and public–facing communications.• Developing a modern, visually engaging, and user–friendly website that reflects the Facility’s brand and purpose.• Providing an intuitive content management system (CMS) that allows staff to manage content without technical expertise.• Supporting event promotion, booking inquiries, sponsorship information, and customer engagement.• Ensuring accessibility, security, performance, and mobile responsiveness.• Providing a scalable platform capable of supporting future integrations and feature enhancements.• Wireframes, mockups, and design revisions based on stakeholder feedback.• Development of a secure, scalable website using a widely supported CMS.• Integration of third–party tools such as ticketing platforms, CRM systems, email marketing solutions, and social media feeds.• Performance optimization, SEO–friendly implementation and JSON/Google Event Schema.• Implementation of modern security best practices, including SSL, secure hosting recommendations, and data protection measures.• Support for Microsoft Entra ID authentication, Single Sign–On (SSO), and role–based access controls.• Audit logging and monitoring of administrative and content management activities.• Secure API access and integration methods for third–party systems and mobile applications.• Support for privacy and data protection regulations applicable to website visitors and subscribers.• Recommendations for hosting architecture (cloud–based or managed hosting preferred).• The CMS shall have robust search functionality(2) The contract period will be for three years.
