RFP for Federal Lobbying & Grant Writing Services

The City of Santa Monica (referred to hereafter as "the City") is inviting proposals from qualified and experienced consultants or firms interested in representing the City's federal objectives before California's congressional delegation, other Members of Congress, congressional committees, congressional staff and federal agencies, and assisting the City identifying and securing funding opportunities for our programs and initiatives through advocating for direct appropriations and identifying grant opportunities. Consultants or firms should have the capabilities to support the City's leadership team, upon request of the City Manager, with services in grant writing, research, application preparation and post award reporting compliance.
