ASM-2679 - USA (Dorchester, South Carolina) - Professional Maintenance and Asset Management Services - Deadline October 30,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide professional maintenance and asset management services to the government authority located in Dorchester, SC.• Services shall include, but are not limited to, engineering and inspection services, cleaning and disinfection, rehabilitation, repair, interior and exterior coating, preventative maintenance, and related services necessary to maintain the structural integrity, sanitary condition, safety, and operational reliability of the county's water storage tanks.• The contractor shall develop and recommend schedules for tank inspections, cleaning, interior and exterior coating maintenance, repairs, and other preventative maintenance activities.• Proposed schedules shall consider tank condition, operating requirements, regulatory requirements, and the need to maintain adequate water storage capacity and fire flow.• Evaluate the general condition and structural integrity of the tank and associated components.• Assess sanitary conditions, safety, watertightness, and security.• Evaluate the condition of interior and exterior coating systems to the extent accessible, including protective effectiveness and observed deterioration.(2) All question must be submitted no later than October 22, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
