INSU-6485 - USA (Milwaukee, Wisconsin) - Fully Insured Employee Assistance Plan Service - Deadline September 30,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide fully insured employee assistance plan service to the government authority located in Milwaukee, WI. – A comprehensive employee assistance program to service approximately 11,800 active employees and their dependents– A primary response for confidential, accessible, high–quality mental health and emotional well–being support for employees of agency and their families.– The provider will be equipped to provide clinical and non–clinical services aimed at improving the mental health and emotional well–being of staff or their dependents. – This might include a variety of concerns such as divorce, financial pressure, relationship issues, anxiety/depression, substance abuse, referrals for care (elder or child) workplace stress, etc.– Clinical, non–clinical (trainings and resource referrals) and management/leadership support (i.e. employee referrals) services must be included in the EAP provider’s services. – All services must be accessible via online (modules using a web–based portal), mobile apps, telephonically (24/7 call line for crisis counseling), virtual, and in person. • Vision• Benefits & Wellness• Employee Rights Administration / Employment Relations• EAP coverage for the proposed plan design• In–person, video, and telephonic options• 24/7/365 phone access• Custom 800 phone number • Dedicated account management and implementation support• 24/7 critical incident access• Work–Life Services• Ongoing promotional campaigns• Clinical, non–clinical (trainings and resource referrals) and management/leadership support (i.e. employee referrals) services must be included in the EAP provider’s services. MPS will rely on the vendor to provide all necessary marketing materials, including flyers, brochures, monthly (and service–specific) flyers, and electronic marketing to agency for distribution. • The EAP provider must also offer quarterly utilization reports as well as other applicable data as requested.• A dedicated account manager would be expected to provide assistance in coordinating workplace related trainings and critical incident and grief response at any of our 150+ worksites as needed. (2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 2, 2026.
