Vendor needs to provide environmental monitoring and engineering services to the government authority located in Oregon.• Environmental monitoring (groundwater and leachate sampling and analysis) and report preparation as required by department of environmental quality facility permits and facility environmental monitoring plans.• Data analysis and report preparation for landfill air emissions programs (title V operating permit and state and federal greenhouse gas emissions reporting programs).• Providing technical assistance and performing special projects such as environmental engineering, investigations, and evaluations related to the county’s active and closed solid waste facilities.
