(1) Vendor needs to provide physical access control system.• Services include routine and preventive maintenance (PM), rapid response to service calls (arrival on site within 24 hour of notification), designated system administrative functions, and routine necessary updates of existing Automated Access Control System, including both hardware and software updates as required.• The agency Reader system must remain fully functional except during Government–approved scheduled maintenance windows, during operational hours not to exceed 5 hours.• Diagnostic & Calibration Tools: The Contractor shall provide all specialized tools, multimeters, database diagnostic software, wire strippers, and testing kits necessary to troubleshoot and calibrate physical access control hardware (e.g., card readers, biometric scanners, electromagnetic locks).(2) The contract period will be for one year.
