(1) Vendor needs to provide waste tires disposal services for remove automobile, truck, and off–road heavy equipment tires to a certified disposal site in accordance with industry standards and Federal, State, and Local rules, regulations, and guidelines on an as required basis to the government authority located in Port Charlotte, FL.(2) A contract term will be for one year.
