(1) Vendor needs to provide corridor conditions and feasibility study service to the government authority located in Jefferson, CO.– Provide conduct existing conditions, market analysis, and financial feasibility studies as the first phase of this process. • Market analysis and financial feasibility report– An analysis of the tax increment finance– Potential of redevelopment scenarios and market feasibility for proposed uses.– Adaptive reuse of properties– Full redevelopment of properties• Existing conditions study– Integrate land use analysis for redevelopment potential– Meets the statutory requirements for a blight study.(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on November 12, 2026.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 18, 2026
