(1) Vendor needs to provide uniform and mat rental services to the government authority located in Detroit, MI.– Program shall include flame–resistant, class 3 high–visibility work apparel, laundering services, inventory management, employee identification, and storage solutions for personnel performing maintenance, inspection, and field operations on facilities and infrastructure.– Provide garments, sizing, distribution, weekly laundering services, repair and replacement services, inventory management, and storage lockers as specified herein.– Provide uniforms, weekly laundering services, and associated storage lockers.– Required garment quantities per employee:– Winter Jackets – qty: 2.– Lightweight or spring jackets – qty: 2.– Long–sleeve high–visibility shirts – qty: 11.– Short–sleeve high–visibility shirts – qty: 11.– High–visibility coveralls – qty: 5.– Work pants – qty: 11.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 26, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
