(1) Vendor needs to provide garbage collection and disposal services to the government authority located in Alabama.• One (1) 2–yard front–load commercial waste container• Collection frequency: One (1) time per week• Collection shall occur on a regularly scheduled day established between the Agency and Supplier.• The supplier shall provide a suitable commercial collection container in good, safe, and sanitary condition.• The supplier shall transport and dispose of collected waste at a properly authorized disposal facility in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and ordinances.
