(1) Vendor needs to provide strategic planning facilitator services– Define/refine organizational priorities by revisiting/renewing our mission statement and values.– Establish clear, measurable goals and outcomes to guide the impact of our organization across jurisdictions and with a diverse population served.– Strengthen alignment and shared direction across the board, leadership, and staff.– Ground strategies in current financial, operational, programmatic, and current/anticipated realities in the workforce.– Produce a practical, implementation–ready roadmap to support execution and accountability at all levels of the organization• Stakeholder Engagement– Families we serve through our multiple programs– Board of Directors– Staff and leadership– Key partners and funders (as appropriate)• Develop a plan for conducting the entire strategic planning process, including a timeline, to be approved in advance by the Board of Directors• Navigate organizational complexities and drive alignment across multiple levels of leadership and program areas.(2) All question must be submitted no later than August 28, 2026.
