(1) Vendor needs to provide general fee accountant services including review of monthly transactions, preparation and submission of budgets, account reconciliations, submission of required public housing and section 8 financial reports, redevelopment financial review to the government authority located in New Brunswick, NJ.– Prepare journal vouchers as needed.– Monitor required internal controls with regard to costs and finances. A report must be submitted to the Executive Director outlining any changes necessary.– Prepare budgets and revisions as needed. (State and Federal)– Review monthly Financial Statements of costs as related to budgets.– Prepare year–end work papers and be available to meet with the independent auditor.
