(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services for city facilities to the government authority located in Sultan, WA. – To furnish routine janitorial and custodial services for designated City facilities.– Cleaning shall occur outside normal City business hours unless otherwise approved.– All facilities must be properly secured after cleaning, including doors, interior windows, and alarm systems.• Maintain clean, sanitary, and safe conditions throughout all assigned facilities • Use professional janitorial procedures and industry best practices • Follow all safety and security requirements • Ensure all assigned personnel are trained, qualified, and properly supervised • Maintain required documentation and checklists • Respond to City service requests and minor corrective actions in a timely manner (2) A mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on August 20, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than August 26, 2026.
