(1) Vendor needs to provide business services.• Establish and maintain ongoing communication with employers to understand recruiting, retention and workforce needs.• Explain services and programs to employers and communicate the value these services can provide.• Collaborate with the business services team to identify funded job seekers who meet employer requirements.• Participate and help coordinate engagement efforts across partner programs to support the development of an employer service strategy.• Record employer services at the establishment level in the state case management system.• Advancement through resources information and employment services) within 30 days.• Submit required data through department–approved workflows to support state monitoring.• Post job orders received from employers on the website and email job orders to business services team.• Gather and provide labor market data as requested by employers, staff, or partners.• Assist with rapid response events when requested, especially when layoffs represent a large percentage of employees, and the company is closing or relocating.• Provide clear expectations of services, programs, and resources to employers.• Support the development of a coordinated employer service strategy.• Provide guidance to employers on developing registered apprenticeships or pre–apprenticeship pathways.(2) A pre–bid conference will be held on October 30, 2026.(3) All question must be submitted no later than November 06, 2026.(4) A contract period will be for one year.
