EXTRA-77032 - USA (Louisiana) - RFI for Human Trafficking Care Coordination Services - Deadline October 9,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide human trafficking care coordination services to the government authority located in Louisiana.– Gather information on trauma–informed multidisciplinary service delivery approaches, staffing models, data collection practices, and potential contract structures to inform a future procurement process– Implement and administer an established trauma–informed human trafficking care coordination model to support the timely identification, assessment, referral, and coordination of services for children and youth that are victims of human trafficking.– Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (MDTs) that include child welfare, law enforcement, Child Advocacy Centers (CACs), medical and behavioral health providers, prosecutors, victim service providers, and other community partners to ensure a coordinated, victim centered response.– Facilitate investigative emergency response, ongoing case coordination and advisory council meetings that promote communication, collaboration, accountability and coordinated decision–making among multidisciplinary partner agencies.– Provide training, community engagement, performance measurement, data collection, reporting, and continuous quality improvement activities to support the implementation and ongoing administration of the Human Trafficking Care Coordination Model.(2) All questions had been submitted on September 18, 2026.
