(1) Vendor needs to provide mobile buprenorphine program services to the government authority located in Blackwood, NJ.– Operate a mobile buprenorphine program that expands timely, low–barrier access through community–based outreach.– Provide same–day clinical assessment and buprenorphine initiation, when clinically appropriate, for individuals at high–risk for opioid overdose, including underserved populations, individuals experiencing homelessness, and those facing significant barriers.– Increase engagement in ongoing treatment through effective referral coordination and community partnerships.– Reduce barriers to care, improve continuity of treatment, and reduce overdose risk through evidence–based practices.– Increase timely access, including same–day clinical assessment and buprenorphine initiation, when clinically appropriate.– Provide field–based screening and comprehensive clinical assessments.– Initiate, administer, and prescribe buprenorphine, when clinically appropriate.– Provide education regarding treatment options and recovery supports.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 20, 2026.
