(1) Vendor needs to provide brand discovery and strategic messaging initiative services.– Project work includes leading a brand discovery process that will establish a research–based foundation for the College's brand and communications.– Conduct the approved discovery and engagement activities described in the Discovery & Engagement Plan.– The review should consider institutional positioning, messaging approaches, visual identity systems.– Provide a comprehensive final report that brings together the research findings, strategic recommendations, and messaging guidance developed throughout the project.– Resources may include the College's Strategic Plan and related research, economic impact studies, campaign feasibility research, and enrollment and demographic data.• Institutional messaging, including:– Institutional value proposition and differentiators.– Brand attributes with definitions.– Positioning statement.– Brand narrative.– Messaging hierarchy and key themes.– Audience messaging matrix.– Messaging priorities and considerations.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 21, 2026.
