(1) Vendor needs to provide comprehensive banking and related treasury management services to the government authority located in East Orange, NJ.• Provide monthly statements for all Board accounts no later than the fifth business day of the following month. Statement dates shall be the last calendar day of each month.• Statements shall clearly identify deposits and checks cleared and shall list cleared checks in checknumber order. All monthly statements must include copies of cleared checks (Front and Endorsed Back) in check order for all accounts with check writing capabilities.• Provide statements electronically through secure online banking and, upon request, by hard copy• Provide monthly account analysis showing earnings credits, itemized fees, interest earned, and any other applicable charges or credits. Provide reconciliation support for outstanding items in the General Account, Payroll Salary Account, and other accounts designated by the Board• Provide secure remote deposit capture services.• Provide a secure, proven electronic banking platform designed to support governmental entities, including stop payments, transfers, reporting, transaction history, user controls, and audit capabilities.• Provide same–day notification of electronic fund transfers through secure online banking and/or email, including the source and purpose of the transaction• Provide employee payroll direct deposit services with the capability to maintain at least two deposit accounts per employee.• Provide a guaranteed minimum interest rate or clearly defined minimum rate methodology applicable to Board accounts• Accept school tax payments from the local municipality on behalf of the Board by ACH, wire transfer, or branch deposit.• Waive service charges for returned items on Board accounts, unless otherwise expressly identified in the proposal.• Provide same–day notification by secure online banking and/or email of returned items.• Fraud Prevention and Cybersecurity• Dedicated Relationship Management and Service Levels• Treasury Management, Security, and Technology
