(1) Vendor needs to provide audio video equipment supplies to the government authority located in Mount Clemens, MI. – The contractor shall procure, install, and test all audio/video equipment.– The project consists of construction of a new facility (Central Intake & Assessment Center) and renovations to an existing facility (Macomb County Jail) that will be interconnected and are located on the same site.– Proposal T–01 – All audio/video equipment scope included on Drawings T1.00A thru T1.05B.– Proposal T–02 – All audio/video equipment scope included on Drawings T1.06 thru T1.08.– The basis of design is Samsung QMC Series Commercial UHD Displays– Commercial–grade, direct–view LED–backlit LCD display designed for professional digital signage, presentation, and audio/visual applications.– Heavy–duty, commercial–grade articulating wall mount designed for professional flatpanel display installations.– Extend display not less than 30 inches from wall.– Wall plate shall provide sufficient adjustment to permit proper positioning and centering of display relative to the intended location.– Heavy–duty, commercial–grade ceiling/pole mounting system designed for suspension of professional flat–panel displays.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 10, 2026.
