(1) Vendor needs to provide real estate and auction services to the government authority located in New Bedford, MA.1. Real estate brokerage services:– Conduct a physical inspection of each property.– Coordinate and conduct property showings; respond to inquiries from prospective buyers.– Provide traditional listing services, including MLS listings, signage, and digital marketing.– Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to attract potential buyers.– Provide regular updates on marketing activity, buyer interest, and offers.2. Auctioneer services:– Inspect public properties and public sites prior to auction.– Maintain consistent contact with the city treasurer and the city’s tax title attorney regarding date and time of auction and possible postponement or cancellation of auction.3. Advertising and marketing:– Prepare an advertising schedule consistent with auction requirements.– Determine and manage the advertising budget.– Design, prepare, and place advertisements in local and regional publications.– Prepare and distribute flyers, mailings, and email notifications to potential bidders and real estate professionals.4. Bidder outreach and recordkeeping:– Maintain records of all inquiries, including contact information and property interest.– Conduct telephone or email communication with potential bidders as needed.– Obtain any required permits.– Attend and conduct the auction, including any postponements or cancellations.5. Post–auction services:– Assist with post–auction documentation, including bid forms and required notices.– Manage the return of bid deposits as appropriate.– Coordinate the distribution of funds to the city.– Provide all services typically associated with professional auctioneering.(2) All question must be submitted no later than August 27, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
