(1) Vendor needs to provide emergency medical services parcel tax administration services to the government authority located in Oakland, CA. – Provide complete annual administration of the agency parcel tax based which include project management, data acquisition, database preparation, parcel classification, tax calculations, quality assurance, preparation of draft and final tax rolls, coordination with agency departments, submission of required files to the auditor–controller, correction of errors, reporting and transition assistance. – Review all exceptions resulting from property owner inquiries from the prior fiscal year and make the necessary adjustments to the database– Prepare draft and final special tax rolls.– Project management– Tax administration– Quality assurance(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 15, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for three years.
