(1) Vendor needs to provide customizable digital procurement platforms.• Provide customizable Digital Procurement Platforms with Related Services for Operational Goods that enable agency participating entities to purchase eligible facility operational goods throughan auditable and ERP–integrated purchasing environment via each entity’s specificrequirements.• Digital Procurement Platforms must have capabilities, features, and controls that support compliance and policy requirements unique to each entity including, but not limited to:a. Access, membership, or similar means of providing a digital procurement platform for general operational purchase transactions by participating entities that must support at minimum all of the following categories:i. Office supplies and consumables;ii. Janitorial and facilities maintenance supplies;iii. Safety supplies and personal protective equipment;iv. Technology hardware, peripherals, and accessories; andv. Additional general operational supplies, if not encompassed by i.–iv. above.• Platform infrastructure, governance, and compliance providingi. Tax exemption management and support of any state, local, and federal taxes when applicable;ii. Approval workflow support, spend, fraud, and user controls;iii. ERP integration and punchout integration;iv. Transaction level documentation;v. Seller quality and governance controls;vi. Pricing framework compliance at platform and transactional levels;vii. Supplier diversity, targeted spending, green initiatives, and geographical spend support capabilities and requirements;viii. Analytics and report generation(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 26, 2026.(4) Pre–bid meeting will be held on October 1, 2026.
