DE-5449 - USA (Michigan) - Document Scanning and Indexing Services - Deadline August 12,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide document scanning and indexing services for document prepping, scanning, indexing, and Optical Character Recognition (OCR) of approximately 10,000 files containing an estimated 950,000 pages.– Respondent will prepare approximately 10,000 files for scanning. Preparation includes the following:a. Removing all staples, clips, bindingsb. Repairing torn documents to the extent they can be scanned and converted into a digital filec. Straightening all folded documents to ensure the best quality scan possible– Respondent will provide boxes and place approximately 10,000 files into boxes for transportation– Respondent will scan an estimated 10,000 case files containing approximately 950,000 pages.– Respondent will produce clear TIFF documents(2) All question must be submitted no later than August 7, 2026.
