Interested Consultants should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services.: Firm Qualifications and Experience The firm shall have 10 years of professional experience in consulting services related to transport policy review or update development. The firm shall have successfully completed at least three (3) similar assignments in the last ten (10) years involving consultant to Review and Update the National Transport Policy (2018–2027) With Integration of Active Mobility and Gender Equality and Universal Access or equivalent natural resource sector assignments. At least one (1) of the referenced similar assignments shall have been implemented in Sub-Saharan Africa or a comparable developing country context. Experience working on World Bank-financed projects or other Multilateral Development Bank (MDB) funded projects will be considered an advantage. Consultants may associate with other firms to enhance their qualifications but should indicate clearly whether the association is in the form of a joint venture and/or a sub-consultancy. In the case of a joint venture, all the partners in the joint venture shall be jointly and severally liable for the entire contract, if selected. A Consultant will be selected in accordance with the Consultant Qualification Selection (CQS) set out in the Procurement Regulations.
