Description

Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) invites qualified individuals to apply as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: The consultant will work on developing Care Policy and Governance Consultant for Developing Model Municipal Policy and Operational Guidelines in Nepal in advancing the National Roadmap on Jobs and Social Protection for Just Transitions through care services. The assignment includes review existing municipal care policies, programmes, mandates, and institutional arrangements; identify good practices, challenges, and opportunities; and develop a practical model municipal care policy and operational guidelines aligned with the draft National Integrated Care Policy and the ILO 5R Framework. The consultant will also facilitate stakeholder consultations to validate the proposed policy and guidelines and recommend implementation, monitoring, and financing mechanisms for municipalities.
