(1) Vendor needs to provide birth to three single point of entry services to the government authority located in Hartford, CT.– Support infants and toddlers with delays and disabilities to develop and grow through everyday routines in partnership with families.– Support all children under the age of three with a diagnosed hearing loss with high–quality specialized support and services.– Strengthen the system’s capacity to provide culturally and linguistically responsive services to diverse families.– Maintain rotation to receive referrals at least 50% of the time for all towns within designated cluster.– Support families using activity–based teaming practices including natural learning environment practices, primary service provider model, and coaching as a style of interaction.– Accurate and timely data entry within the birth to three data system.– Maintain partnerships with community organizations including pediatric medical practices, childcare centers, early head start and head start programs, home visiting programs, child protective services, and public–school systems.– Deaf and hard of hearing support programs.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 16,2026.
