(1) Vendor needs to provide professional engineering services to the government authority located in New Castle, DE. – Provide services related to, planning, engineering study and analysis, design, preparation of construction documents, limited structural engineering, civil engineering, sanitary sewer engineering, stormwater engineering, utility engineering, construction review and analysis, engineering program support, engineering construction management, UDC related engineering, subdivision and record land development engineering, and cost estimating, for various agency facilities on an as–needed basis. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 22, 2026.
