(1) Vendor needs to provide public health nurse pilot service to the government authority located in Olympia, WA. – Provide public health nursing services to strengthen families’ skills and capacity to promote child safety, support healthy child development, and enhance family stability through nursing assessment, care coordination, evidence–informed home visiting, and connections to appropriate resources and supports.– Public Health Nurse Pilot is to work with families with children under age three and substance use disorder or prenatal substance exposure in order to promote child safety and healthy development, strengthen caregiver capacity, reduce preventable health crises, support permanency goals for families involved with child welfare, and prevent initial entry into the child welfare system.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 16, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for one year. (4) Pre–proposal meeting will be held on November 10, 2026.
