(1) Vendor needs to provide construction administration services to the government authority located in Waltham, MA. – Project generally includes reconstruction of existing roadway infrastructure and installation of new traffic signals.– The Project includes approximately 0.9 miles of roadway and streetscape improvements, stormwater and utility infrastructure upgrades, and traffic control modifications, including traffic signals, pavement markings, and signage.• Construction work may include:– Roadway reconstruction and re–alignment of intersection– Pavement removal and replacement– Base and subbase improvements– Curbing and sidewalk reconstruction– Drainage improvements associated with roadway reconstruction– Traffic signal installation– Traffic signal poles, mast arms, foundations, and associated hardware– Traffic signal conduit and wiring– Signal heads and pedestrian signal equipment– Vehicle and pedestrian detection equipment– Traffic signal controller cabinets and related equipment– Traffic signal interconnection and communications– Pavement markings and signage– Temporary traffic control and maintenance of traffic– Coordination with utility companies and other agencies– Restoration of disturbed areas(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 9, 2026.
