(1) Vendor needs to provide emergency stand–by shelter services to the government authority located in Detroit, MI.• The stand–by shelter will provide short–term shelter and basic needs when there is an emergency weather event and other emergent need as determined by the city of that necessitate additional emergency shelter capacity.• As these emergency situations can occur at any time, the selected vender must be prepared to provide services year–round.• A minimum capacity of 50 cots/beds, for all household types, is preferred.• The Stand–by Shelter should have a strong emphasis on diversion to assist households in finding safe alternative housing immediately.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 7, 2026.
