(1) Vendor needs to provide health insurance broker services to the government authority located in Cicero, IL.– Provide enhanced services, equitable benefits, and a wellness/preventative health program, while balancing the need to reduce costs.– Serve as designated insurance broker of record for Benefit Programs.– Develop long–range employee benefit goals and strategies for agency– Determine and recommend the most economical funding methods for benefits.– Perform market research for new carriers, negotiate all insurance renewals, and place insurance as directed.– Recommend alternative benefit designs or delivery systems as dictated by emerging plan costs or benefit practices.– Analyze claim experience/financial development for all insurance coverages.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 17, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
