(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Carrboro, NC.• Annual Tasks– Remove, clean and replace Venetian Blinds– Shampoo all carpet• Bi–Annual Tasks– Clean grills on heat and air conditioning ducts and air returns– Wash all Interior and Exterior glass– Dust all Venetian Blinds• Remove, clean and replace Venetian Blinds • Shampoo all carpet • Clean grills on heat and air conditioning ducts and air returns • Wash all Interior and Exterior glass (2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 16, 2026  (4) Hold Pre–Bid Meeting/Site Visit will be held on July 15, 2026
