Mount Airy City Schools request bids for 5 years with two (2) 1-year extensions. At Jones Intermediate, Tharrington Primary School, and Mount Airy Middle School, they are requesting a minimum of 1 Gbps and a maximum of 10 Gbps. At Mount Airy High School (aggregate site) and Central Office, they are requesting a minimum of 10 Gbps and a maximum of 50 Gbps. Quotes must include all taxes and fees. Bandwidth and the number of sites served over the length of the contract may increase or decrease with an amendment to the contract. Questions and Answers will be uploaded in the RFP section of this 470 in EPC. Bids must include the WAN Pricing spreadsheet. Quotes are also sought for Month-to-Month service. This is not a redundant service. This is to provide WAN connectivity in the event the contracted service is not in place by the intended service start date.
