Sarasota County intends to renew a sole source procurement with Fluid Control Specialties LLC for the purchase of Tideflex, RKL, Red Valve and appurtenances including OEM repair parts and maintenance for a period of one year. In the event respondents demonstrate the ability to supply the same or substantially similar products and service the County may, in its sole discretion, elect to cancel this sole source and advertise a competitive solicitation.
