(1) Vendor needs to provide single rope technique training instructor services to the government authority located in Cleveland, OH. – To provide recurring, field–based safety training and mentorship for Urban Forestry staff. – This initiative supports the Division’s efforts to strengthen safe climbing practices and modern work skills within non–right–of–way settings.– Trainer will provide recurring on–site instruction.(2) A non–mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on August 7, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than August 11, 2026.(4) The contract period will be one year.
