(1) Vendor needs to provide re–entry, stabilization, and employment services to the government authority located in Philadelphia, PA. – Provide comprehensive reentry and workforce development services that help justice–impactedresidents achieve greater economic stability, employment, self–sufficiency, and long–term success.– Participant Engagement and Referral:• Maintain accessible, community–based opportunities for participant engagement.• Provide case management and service navigation appropriate to participants’ individual needs.– Workforce Development and Transitional Paid Work:• Workforce readiness and employability development.• Resume development and job–search preparation.• Workplace communication and professional development.– Employment Pathways:• Directly by the selected provider.• Through the provider’s existing contracts or programs.– Case Management and Supportive Service Coordination:• Behavioral health and substance use recovery.• Food and other basic needs.• Health and wellness.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 18, 2026.
