(1) Vendor needs to provide trash chute maintenance services to the government authority located in Hoboken, NJ.         – Grease the lower door hinges and lock assembly with a needlepoint grease gun. – Check and adjust all waste chute doors, oil and grease same so they close properly.– Oil and grease all equipment and test run same. – Removal of and replacement of complete trash chute door assembly.– Removal of and replacement of complete trash chute outer frame.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 15, 2026.
