(1) Vendor needs to provide comprehensive public–private partnership model services to the government authority located in Clearwater, FL.– Project consists of the redevelopment of the city–owned landings golf course into a sports, recreation, and entertainment complex.– Development that includes:• Multipurpose sports fields• Pickleball complex• Miniature golf course• Water amenity• Sand volleyball• Food court• Community walking trails• Fitness and wellness center– Further contemplates that the private entity will:• Develop the Project• Finance the Project• Construct the Project• Maintain the improvements• Own the improvements(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 11, 2026.
