(1) Vendor needs to provide broadband installation services to the government authority located in Window Rock, AZ. • Installation of Low Earth Orbit (LEO)–based broadband services across the Nation.• Low Earth Orbit (LEO) broadband services to provide ubiquitous, highspeed, and low–latency internet access to underserved or remote areas where traditional terrestrial networks are unavailable or unreliable. • Latency: Must not exceed 50 milliseconds round–trip.• Download Speeds: Minimum 100 Mbps per location.• Upload Speeds: Minimum 20 Mbps per location.• Data Allocation: Unlimited data or a minimum of 1TB priority data per month per site.• The network must natively support high–bandwidth and real–time enterprise applications, including:• High–definition video conferencing (Teams, Zoom).• Voice over IP (VolP) services.• Cloud–based ERP and CRM systems.• Secure Virtual Private Networks (VPN) and SD–WAN architecture.
