STAFF-17149 - USA (Denver, Colorado) - Fiscal Agent and Employer Services - Deadline December 8,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide fiscal agent and employer services to the government authority located in Denver, CO.• Fiscal Agent. Fiscal agent services for the program include entering into a contract with the Division of Youth Services to receive and manage the agency funds allocated to the Judicial District• Developing subcontracts with the service providers selected by the 22nd Judicial District Juvenile Services Planning Committee in conjunction with the fiscal agent.• Provide a benefit package, including leave policies and administration, and insurance consistent with market conditions and the expectations of the Juvenile Services Planning Committee.• Provide liability insurance to include corporate, staff, and client (when appropriate) coverage• Staffing the agency full committee, executive committee and other meetings as required• Providing oversight of the implementation of the local agency Plan• Reviewing and submitting billings for reimbursement submitted by contractors• Provide supervision, tracking and electronic monitoring of agency transitioning from detention center• Make service referrals as appropriate(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 18,2026.
