(1) Vendor needs to provide media buying planning and creative strategic services. – To develop strategic communications approaches, creative campaign concepts and integrated creative assets.– Public information and awareness campaigns promoting the role, functions and work of the Mental Health Commission. – National public awareness campaigns supporting the work of the Decision Support Service, including campaigns promoting awareness and understanding of the Assisted Decision.– Public consultation campaigns designed to encourage participation from service users, families, professionals, representative organisations and the wider pub– Stakeholder engagement and information campaigns relating to new legislation, policy, guidance, publications, inspections and other statutory initiatives. – Developing clear, compelling and accessible creative concepts and campaign platforms for diverse audiences. – Producing high–quality creative concepts, copy, content and campaign assets suitable for use across television, radio, print, outdoor, digital, search, social media, online video and emerging communications platforms. – Monitoring campaign performance and recommending optimisation throughout campaign delivery. (2) The contract period will be two years.
