(1) Vendor needs to provide community workforce connections program services to the government authority located in Maine.– Expand Access and Engagement: Increase the number of individuals from populations facing significant barriers to employment who are meaningfully connected to workforce services and programs.– Strengthen Service Coordination to Improve Employment and Training Outcomes: Enhance the quality and frequency of engagement with each participant through multiple connection points, effective referrals to partners and service providers, and successful linkage to the resources needed to complete workforce programs and achieve employment stability.– Drive Systems–Level Improvement: Identify systemic barriers to employment and training and generate actionable recommendations for policy and program improvement.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 11, 2026.(3) Contact term will be for three years.
