(1) Vendor needs to provide architecture and engineering services for police headquarters project to the government authority located in Columbia, MO.– Provide comprehensive architectural, engineering, project management, and related professional services for the renovation and conversion of the City–owned facility– Serve as the City's lead design professional and overall project manager throughout the project– Conduct a project kickoff meeting– Develop and maintain the overall project schedule– Coordinate all architectural, engineering, specialty consultants, and subconsultants– Coordinate with City staff, user groups, regulatory agencies, utility providers, and other project stakeholders– Lead project meetings and provide regular progress reports– Monitor project scope, schedule, and budget throughout the project– Identify issues affecting the project and recommend solutions(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 28, 2026.
