EXTRA-72404 - USA (Los Alamos, New Mexico) - RFI for Smart Recovery Service - Deadline August 5,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide smart recovery service for juveniles to the government authority located in Los Alamos, NM.      – Contracted facilitation of juvenile–focused smart recovery meetings will provide a consistent, supportive environment that promotes positive behavior change, reduces recidivism, and supports long–term well–being.– There is a clear need for structured, youth–centered programming such as smart recovery, which uses cognitive behavioral and motivational approaches to help participants develop coping strategies, manage impulses, and build resilience.– Youth in our community face increasing challenges related to substance use and behavioral health, yet there is a lack of developmentally appropriate, evidence–based recovery supports tailored to juveniles.– Smart recovery meetings and any training or background of the facilitator in smart recovery. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 14, 2026.          (3) The contract period will be for seven years.
